I think that if you’re going to make a list of links for something like “Top 5…whatever” and have people read a blog post containing these links, then they ought to open up in a new tab, not the same tab.  If they open in the same tab, then I either have to click the back button to go back to your post after clicking a link so that I can see the rest of [...]
