Syncing Audio And Video in a Movie

Making audio and video sync up in a file using VLC is much easier than trying to do the same thing with QuickTime Pro. All I have to do in VLC, is keep pressing the F or G keys until i’ve finally matched the mouths moving to the words that are coming out of them.
